Yes! You cancel anytime. Once your account is cancelled, we will not charge you any further and you will have access until the end of your paid up membership. To cancel, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account from www.gaia.com
2. Click on your username in the top right of the Gaia website, and choose 'My account'. If you do not see this, please LOG OUT and LOG BACK IN!
3. Select: 'Cancel Plan' from this page:
4. You will now be in cancel process and have the option to stay for another month for free! If you choose to accept the free month offer, you will be billed as scheduled the following month. If not, please click the 'x' and continue to follow the steps to cancel.
5. Should you choose to decline the offer, please follow the prompts until you receive confirmation of the cancel.:
6. You are all set! You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete. Note: If you do not receive a confirmation email, your account is still active.
