You may cancel your account any time. Upon cancellation, we will no longer process any charges and you will continue to have access to Gaia until the end of your paid membership plan period. If you still see charges after a cancellation, you either have a second subscription or the cancellation was not completed properly. In that case lease contact support at: info@gaia.com or chat with us!
First, determine HOW you have subscribed:
1) Directly to GAIA: You signed up at www.GAIA.com
2) Through a 3rd party: You signed up via iTunes, Roku, Fire TV, Amazon Prime, Xfinity, Google Play etc...
If you are subscribed to GAIA directly, to cancel, please follow these easy steps:
1. Log in to your Gaia account at www.gaia.com/account via a web browser.
2. Click on your circular avatar icon in the top right of the Gaia website, and choose "My Account." Example
3. Select: "Cancel Membership" from this page. Example
4. Please follow the prompts until you receive a confirmation e-mail confirming the cancellation.
If you subscribed to Gaia through one of our third-party provider like Roku, Apple/iTunes, Amazon Prime Video, Google Play, or your cable provider, you will need to cancel through them directly, as Gaia does not manage the billing or cancellation for these subscriptions.
