Q: What is Gaia on Amazon?

Q: Am I able to access gaia.com using my Amazon Prime / Amazon Video Logins?

 

A: No, the access through Amazon Video is a separate membership. You will need to access the content through Amazon directly.



Q: What are the benefits of signing up directly through Gaia.com?

A:

-Monthly charge without any other charges. With Amazon Video, you must be a Prime Member to access.

-Community features available only through Gaia; including, playlists, hearts and ability to comment and interact with the community.

 

Q: Will all videos that are available directly on Gaia.com be available with my Gaia subscription on Amazon Channels?

A: All of Gaia’s best content will be available on Amazon.

 

Q: What are the benefits of signing up directly with Amazon?

-If you are a member of Amazon Prime, it is a fun addition to the services they offer. You will have the ability to stream the content available through Amazon on a multitude of devices and you also have the capability of adding additional channels through Amazon Video.

-If you are a member of Amazon Prime, you can also access our content by renting or purchasing with a one-time charge.

 

Q: If I am a member of Amazon Prime and I have the Gaia Channel, will I be able to access my playlist on Gaia.com?

A: No, the logins and access are considered separate accounts. There is no way to combine playlists for this reason.

 

Q: If I am a member of Gaia.com and I have the Amazon Prime Video Gaia Channel, will I be able to access my playlist on Gaia.com?

A: No, the logins and access are considered separate accounts. There is no way to combine playlists for this reason.

 

Q: How do I cancel my Gaia subscription on Amazon Channels?
