We have made video player updates to offer you better video streaming. You may need to update your computer's settings in order to stream your video. If you were able to stream Gaia before November 1st, you may want to try some of these tips:
- Try logging out and back in. If that does not work, try clearing your cache/browsing history. If that does not help, move on to the next steps.
- First things first! We recommend you use Google Chrome. If you are on a current Safari browser and Mac Operating System you should have no problems, however, we are unable to support Safari versions dated 8.0 or earlier. - If those do not work, and you choose to use Safari, make sure you are on the latest Operating System (OS) and version of Safari. Here is the link to Safari's support page. Here, you will find the latest browser for your operating system. It offers tips on clearing your cache, and tips for non-responsiveness. Check it out here: https://support.apple.com/safari
