We have been notified that some users are experiencing issues with their Android App, causing it to seem like the app is not working. Our team has released a fix for this. You may need to uninstall and reinstall the App, or update the App in your App store if you are still having trouble.
If that does not help, please try this workaround:
Go to Android Settings > Apps > Gaia and select the Storage section. In here press the “Clear Data” button.
This will clear the app’s cache and data, essentially resetting the app. You should now be able to start the Gaia app again and login.
