How do I reset my Password?

1. Firstly, please ensure that you have logged out of your account by clicking here.
2. Once you’ve done this, click back to the homepage here. Click "Log In" in the top right corner. Example
   
3. Choose "Forgot Password" and enter the email address you used to sign up with your account. Example
   
4. Click the "Send Reset Link" button. Example
   
5. Check the email address for a confirmation email and a link to reset your password. Example
   

Please Note: If you are having login issues and you see the message "Sorry, unrecognized username or password." then you have either entered an incorrect email or an incorrect password. Please try any alternative email addresses you may have used to sign up and then reset your password with the instructions above.
