How do I change my username, password or email address?

You can change or update your username, password or email address by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your account at Gaia.com.

2. Click the circular avatar icon in the top right corner. Example

3. On the drop-down menu, click "My Account." Example

4. Choose "Profile" on the left. If you are at Gaia.com via your mobile device’s browser, then you will see a down arrow. Click it and select the “Profile” section. Example

5. Choose "Update" or "Change" to change your information. Example

6. Now you can update your username, password or email address. Please note: your username and email address must be unique. If you have used your email address for an account with Gaia before, you will need to contact our support team here.

7. Click "Save", and then you are all set!

Please note: you will not receive calls from Gaia requesting personal or billing information, unless you have requested an appointment with one of our Community Relations representatives through email from: [e-mail], directly from an @gaia.com address, or via the chat widget located directly on Gaia.com
