How do I update payment for my Gaia.com subscription?
You will be able to update your payment method by following these steps:
- Log in to your account on Gaia.com.
- Click the circular avatar icon in the top right corner, and select “My Account” in the menu. Example
- Click “Update Payment Info.” Example
- This will reveal a form where you will be able to add a new credit card or PayPal. If you select PayPal, the link will take you to PayPal’s secure site to log in to your PayPal account and then back to Gaia once complete.
How do I update payment details for my Apple/iTunes subscription?
If you signed up for Gaia using your Apple/iTunes account, then you will not be able to update your billing or payment information through your account on Gaia.com. You will need to update your payment method through iTunes.

If you signed up for Gaia via Roku, you will not be able to update your billing or payment information through your account on Gaia.com, as your subscription billing is managed directly with Roku.

If you signed up for Gaia via Amazon Prime Video, you will not be able to update your billing or payment information through your account on Gaia.com, as your subscription is managed entirely through Amazon Prime Video.

If you signed up for Gaia via the Amazon App, you will not be able to update your billing or payment information through your account on Gaia.com, as your subscription is managed entirely through the Amazon App.

If you signed up for Gaia via your cable provider, you will not be able to update your billing or payment information through your account on Gaia.com, as your subscription is managed entirely through your cable provider.
