Can I pause or put my subscription on hold?

Yes, Gaia allows members on the monthly plan to pause membership for one, two, or three-month durations.

The option to pause the membership is only available to monthly plan members who are outside of the Free Trial period and who signed up direct with Gaia.com.

You will be able to pause your monthly membership by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account on Gaia.com.
2. Click the circular avatar icon in the top right corner, and select “My Account” in the menu.  Example
   
3. Click “Pause Membership.” Example
   
4. On the next page, you can select to pause for one, two, or three months. Example
   
   You won't be billed and won't be able to watch Gaia’s content, but we'll save your recommendations, watch history, and playlists. You can resume or cancel at any time.  

Important Notes:

• Your membership will be paused after the end of your current billing cycle.
• While your membership is paused, you and any multiple profiles on the account will not have viewing access.
• You can cancel your membership at any time during the paused state.
• When your paused state ends, you will automatically be billed at your regular monthly rate.
• You can resume your membership at any time before your next scheduled billing date by logging in and clicking the yellow banner or going to 'My Account' via a web browser.
