How do I turn on subtitles or closed captions using my Fire TV?

To turn on subtitles or closed captions using my Fire TV, follow the steps below:

1. From the home page, select “Watch Now” on the video you’d like to view.
2. When that opens, press “Down” on the remote for more information and options.
3. You’ll see three tiles: “More Info,” “Subtitles,” and “Closed Captions.” Example
   
4. From here you can select “Subtitles” or "Closed Captions."
5. This will activate the closed captions or subtitles for the session until you close it.
