Managing your Gaia subscription and billing details is easy through your account on www.gaia.com.
This article covers how to:
- 🔍 Find and download your invoices
- 💳 Update or change your payment method
- 🚨 Resolve multiple or unauthorized charges on your account
📄 Where Can I Find My Invoice?
You can view and download your Gaia invoices anytime through your Gaia.com account:
- Log in at www.gaia.com
- Click your avatar icon (top-right corner) → My Account
- Scroll down to the Invoices section at the bottom of the page
- You’ll see a list of all your past and current billing invoices
If you don’t see any invoices, it means you subscribed through a second or third-party provider and your billing is managed by them directly. Gaia does not have access to your billing information in these cases.
2nd party providers include:
- Apple / iTunes
- Roku
- Amazon FireTV App
- Roku
- Google Play
3rd party providers include:
- Amazon Prime Video
- Xfinity / Comcast
- YouTube TV Network
For any billing questions, please contact your provider directly.

🚨 I'm Seeing Multiple or Unauthorized Charges
Gaia is a recurring subscription service (monthly or annually). If you notice unexpected or duplicate charges, here’s how to resolve your situation:
1. Multiple Charges Within the Same Billing Period
This usually happens when you or someone with your payment info created multiple Gaia accounts using different emails or third-party apps (Apple, Roku, Amazon, etc.).
👉 Contact us via the Help Form and include:
- Any additional email addresses you might have used
- For credit card: first 6 and last 4 digits of the card
- For PayPal: your PayPal email + invoice number starting with (P-)
- Screenshot showing multiple charges from Gaia
2. Charges from Gaia Inc., but You Don’t Have an Account
If you’ve never created a Gaia account, please contact us immediately — we take fraud and unauthorized access very seriously.

3. Charges on a New or Replacement Card
Your financial institution may have automatically updated your payment info to keep recurring subscriptions active.
If you’re unsure, contact your bank for clarification — or reach out to Gaia if you believe the charge is fraudulent.
4. Charged During a Free Trial
A free trial on Gaia is an introductory offer for all new members. You are only eligible for a free trial once, and it does not apply to returning members who reactivate an old account. The Gaia+ plan also does not include a free trial. If you have had a Gaia account before, or if you sign up for the Gaia+ membership, you will be billed immediately.
5. Canceled but Still Charged
If you were charged after canceling, it’s likely that:
- The cancellation was not completed successfully, or
- You have multiple active accounts
Make sure you received a cancellation confirmation email from Gaia. If not, your account may still be active.

6. Charged the Same Day You Canceled
If you canceled your Gaia membership but a payment was still processed on the same day, it's likely due to timing. The payment might have been processed just before your cancellation was completed. There can sometimes be a delay between when the charge is processed and when it appears on your bank statement.
Once your cancellation is successful, Gaia will not process any new charges. You will continue to have access to Gaia's content for the remainder of the paid membership period.
If you continue to see charges after your account has been successfully canceled, you may have a second subscription. If this happens, please contact Gaia support for assistance.
