Why am I required to input my payment details for a free trial?
We require payment details upfront, but you won’t be charged until the end of your trial period. Having this information on file allows us to provide you with a seamless transition into a paid subscription if you wish to continue.
Will I be notified when my free trial ends?
Your subscription will automatically commence at the end of your trial period. You will be able to find all of your billing information, including your free trial end date within your account here. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, then we recommend canceling your account 2 days before your next billing date.
Can I cancel before the end of my free trial period and not incur any charges?
Yes, it is a free trial so if you do not wish to continue your subscription you will be able to cancel your account within your trial period and avoid all charges. To cancel your account, simply follow the steps here.
What devices can I access Gaia on?

I have been a member before, can I sign up for a free trial again?
Our free trial is an introductory offer, which means you can only access it once. If you are a returning member, you can log into your account and reactivate on your desired plan here.
Can my family or partner access my account during my trial?
Yes! Gaia offers a multiple profiles feature which allows you to create up to two additional unique profiles per subscription. Each profile allows the user to create their own playlists, see their personal watch history, set their language preference, update notifications, and receive personalized recommendations from Gaia.
